If you like, turn on ambient sound during focus or breaks to mask noise and deepen relaxation—toggle it from the timer area when it suits you.
Open the task list beside the timer and add what you plan to tackle. During a focus session, keep one task in mind and work only on that until the timer stops. Check off items when they are done, or edit and delete entries anytime as your day changes. Your list stays in sync with how you run pomodoros, so you always see what is next.
